Stylishly, "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have announced their engagement: They switched an ad in the British "Times".
In the shooting of the fantasy saga "Game of Thrones", Kit Harington and Rose Leslie met in 2012. In the film, they fell in love with each other as Jon Schnee and Ygritte. In real life, they then equaled their characters.
As the BBC and other media reports, the couple has now become engaged. "If you find someone already attractive and then play a couple in the show, it is very easy to fall in love," said Harington last year of the Italian "Vogue".
Leslie left the series in 2014, played a year later alongside Idris Elba in the fourth season of "Luther". Harington is a fan of "Game of Thrones".
A few months ago, Hollywood star Nicole Kidman, 50, Harrington had protested in a talkshow quite candidly to the engagement. "If you are already together, I find it somehow nice to conspire." The British actor replied, "I'm being forced by Nicole Kidman, step by step."(spiegel)
